LYRICS:

[Intro – funky guitar rhythm, tight drum groove, confident vocal adlib]
I woke up covered in the blood
So devil, you should pack it up
You tried before, but not today
I’ve got that heaven in my sway

[Verse 1]
You whispered doubt before I prayed
But I had angels on parade
You sent the storm to knock me down
But I’ve got fire in my sound

I don’t need to scream or shout
Just speak the name — it casts you out
This ain’t my fight, I’ve got a King
And in His name, I swing the sling

[Pre-Chorus]
So take your lies and exit left
I’ve got no fear, I’m Spirit-kept
You thought you’d catch me in a spin
But grace already drew me in

[Chorus – bouncy, bold, danceable pop-gospel]
Not today, enemy — I’m walking tall
I’ve been redeemed, I’ve seen it all
You lost the war when Jesus rose
So back it up — the gates are closed
I’ve got power, I’ve got peace
The blood of Christ is my release
You thought you’d win — but sorry, please
Not today, enemy!

[Verse 2]
I’ve got Scriptures in my step
I’ve got joy you can’t intercept
You throw confusion, play your game
But I respond with Jesus’ name

I’m not afraid of sudden fear
My praise is loud, my mind is clear
You had your shot, your little play
But not my house, and not today

[Pre-Chorus – swagger-style delivery]
So when you come with shame or lack
I’ll send my worship right back
I’m not your puppet, not your prey
I’ve got the King of Kings — okay?

[Chorus – stronger rhythm and bass]
Not today, enemy — take your plans
I’ve got glory in my hands
Every trap and every dart
Gets burned away by heaven’s heart
I won’t flinch, and I won’t freeze
I know the One who holds the keys
So you can hiss and you can tease
But not today, enemy!

[Bridge – full band drop, gang vocals chanting]
You tried the mind — blocked!
You tried my peace — locked!
You tried my past — gone!
You tried the lie — wrong!
I’m blood-bought, sealed and free!
Not today, enemy!

[Final Chorus – explosive finale]
Not today, enemy — I’ve got the call
The Spirit fights, I will not fall
I’m armored up, I’m battle-trained
And I will praise through every flame
You can’t steal what’s heaven-born
My soul is fierce, my crown is worn
So step aside and bow your knee
Not today — and not ever — enemy!
