Prepare to unite and fight like never before in Gears of War: E-Day! The squad has always been the unbreakable core of the Gears of War experience, and this next evolution redefines cooperative combat. Dive into Horde Siege, an exhilarating 12-player expansion of the classic Horde mode, featuring larger, more dynamic battles across our most immersive maps yet.

Early Access to the Open Beta, starting August 13th, 2026.

In Horde Siege, three squads coordinate their efforts across sprawling environments, tackling unique objectives that demand both strategic defense and rapid clearing. Choose from distinct classes like Assault, Marksman, Breacher, and Medic, each offering specialized tactical gear and deep progression paths to customize your playstyle. Upgrade your loadouts, armor, and tactical gear to adapt to every challenge.

Experience dynamic gameplay with evolving objectives, from defending critical rigs that draw enemy attention to completing optional secondary missions for valuable in-session perks and weapon parts. Earn energy at supply caches to enhance squad perks, acquire powerful equipment, and modify your weapons on the fly. The intersection of class abilities, gear loadouts, and weapon customization ensures unprecedented strategic depth.

Multi-squad collaboration is key, with opportunities to assist other squads, create joint kill zones, and execute clutch revives. Brace for intense invasions and epic boss encounters that require the combined might of all 12 players to overcome. Successful missions reward your efforts with XP for rank progression and weapon parts for arsenal upgrades, including the ability to mod iconic Gears weapons with unique effects and attachments.

Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer, including Horde Siege and Versus, is built around the powerful bond of fighting together.
