The new narrative-adventure game, Spiral is coming to STEAM and XBOX on September 20th, 2024! Taking players on an emotional journey, this is a story that offers a unique perspective on cognitive degeneration, told by the individual experiencing it.

Spiral puts players in the shoes of Bernard Penfield, an introverted writer who is coming to the end of his journey but invites you to go back to the beginning and help him re-experience his memories one last time. Exploring the memories of Bernard at different phases in his life, players will also meet a cast of diverse characters in his family and friends who guide him through life’s biggest moments. While the cognitive degeneration will gradually become more present within the story, (impacting the environment, dialogue and music,) exploring his memories thoroughly may help Bernard to hold onto details longer and share things that might otherwise be lost forever.

“We’re so proud of Spiral; events and interactions with people made us understand the why behind our project even more. It has been helping people to talk about their grief, opening a discussion and bringing people to see the person behind the sickness. Spiral will hopefully be that window where people can share their own story with cognitive degeneration and make us all more aware of the loneliness of it all and how much our presence can help.” - Mikhael, Creative Director

Following its PC and Xbox Release, the game will also be available for purchase on PS5 and SWITCH at a later date.
