Official milestone today — I'm at 189.4, officially under 190 for the first time. In this video I'm giving an honest update on how I'm feeling: tired, my knee's still bothering me, but genuinely proud to finally see this number after weeks of frustration with the scale not cooperating.

This milestone means more after the rough stretch leading up to it — the tortilla scare, the unexplained gains, the days the scale just didn't reflect the work. Hitting under 190 is proof that the consistency actually paid off even when it didn't feel like it week to week. I'm talking through where I'm at physically right now, including the knee soreness I'm keeping an eye on, and what's next.

If you've ever hit a milestone after a frustrating stretch of no visible progress, this one's for you. Let me know in the comments: what's a fitness milestone you've hit that felt bigger than the number itself?
