The rebellion in Assam Congress continues to explode. Now, senior minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stepped down after expressing dissent against Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi. Now, the central leadership of the party has once again put the onus on the Chief Minister to step in and quell the revolt.
