00:08on the 790cc model page. They are the exact same shaver. You can use both of them for wet and
00:14dry shaving.
00:15The only difference is the other one is not recommended to get wet, but this one you can get wet
00:21because it's waterproof. The other one costs $100 or less. I should have bought the other one because I really
00:31don't use this for wet shaving at all. I only use it a couple of times. It does give a
00:36better shave, but it takes much longer. The dry shave is almost as good.
00:44I shave almost 7 days a week. For wet shaving, it takes much longer. I use a safety razor. It
00:52is time consuming. You have to get used to this. Otherwise, you can cut yourself. It's a lot more work.
01:00I use this when I have time. Maybe three times out of the week, I'll use an electric shaver.
01:06Before my Braun, I had this Philips Noroco 1250X. Before this one, I had the Panasonic one, one of the
01:16higher model Panasonic. I paid almost $200 for that. That was probably the top end Panasonic one.
01:23That one was doing a good job, but it wasn't giving me that close of a shave, so I wanted
01:28to try something different. I got rid of that, and I got this one.
01:33They're both pretty much the same shaving quality. The only difference is I actually liked my Panasonic better because it
01:39didn't get me as much irritated as this one.
01:42If I shave on my neck area for too long with this one, my neck gets red. Overall, I really
01:51don't like the Philips one. The Panasonic one has the same closeness of the shave except it doesn't irritate.
01:58I decided to try the Braun after that. I have a Braun toothbrush, which is good, so this is why
02:05I decided to try this.
02:08This one is, I've got to say, the best electric shaver, in my opinion, that's out there right now.
02:15This also applies to 790CC. They're both the same shavers.
02:19Yeah, I mean, this gives me the closest shave possible by a shaver, in my opinion, because you really can't
02:25get as close as a blade, but this comes very close.
02:30So let me just show you the shaver. It's a simple shaver, charging port in the back.
02:35This is for the charging of the station.
02:38You have the shaving head right here. You can open it pressing this, and the shaving head moves back and
02:44forth, and if you press, you can lock it this way, and it doesn't move back and forth.
02:50So that's that. And then this is the power button right here. You can turn it on.
02:54It has three settings. Low, medium, high. It's just how much power you want.
03:01So if you have sensitive skin, you can use the low settings, but in my opinion, I have kind of
03:06sensitive skin.
03:06I use the high settings for all part of my face and my neck, and it works fine.
03:11I never had a redneck with this one.
03:14So, and here you have the LCD screen, which is battery bars, and the hygiene bar.
03:20The hygiene bar usually goes down half every time you do a full shave, and the other half goes a
03:26second time.
03:26So you'll have to clean this after every two times, but it's not required.
03:31So after it goes to all the bottom, you can still use it.
03:33It just, you know, reminds you that you need to clean it if you want it a great shave.
03:39So, also, you have the trimmer right here, which is, you know, a decent trimmer.
03:45I didn't really buy for the trimmer, but it works fine.
03:48The Phillips also has the trimmer right here.
03:50They work pretty much the same.
03:53It's not the strong selling point for this.
03:56It's mainly the shaver that's good.
03:59So, anyways, this one, you know, once you, this is the cleaning station.
04:03So, overall, the shaving is really, the shaving space is really good.
04:06This by itself is great.
04:08You can clean it using the brush they give you.
04:11Just click this, it'll open up, and you can clean it using the brush, and, you know, water, whatever, or
04:17normal soap.
04:18Or, you can use the cleaning station.
04:20This one already comes with this solution, but if you want to buy this solution extra, each cartridge costs around
04:28$5 to $7.
04:29If you buy it in a box of maybe $12 or $24, you get a much better deal.
04:34I actually got mine for, like, $5 per cartridge.
04:38So, just take this, press this here, and you take it out.
04:42This is the, it lasts two months.
04:45It's an alcohol-based solution, also lubrication for your shaver.
04:49So, every time you clean it using this, maybe every other time you shave, you'll feel like you're using a
04:56new shaver every time.
04:59It lubricates, it dries, it does everything by itself.
05:02It takes, like, 30 minutes, so after you shave, just put it there and come back to it later.
05:05It'll be ready for you, and it's already dried, and it smells like lemon every time, and it's a really
05:12good smell, and it performs like new every time you clean it.
05:16So, I would say this is really worth it.
05:19It's only $5 for every two months.
05:2060 days will last.
05:22They say that it will evaporate after 60 days, even if you don't use it.
05:26So, might as well use them.
05:27And the hair, so you don't have to clean the hair before cleaning it, because the hair gets trapped at
05:33the bottom.
05:33As you can see, the black spot right here, there's a little filter-like thing that catches the hair and
05:39keeps it down there.
05:40So, you don't have to clean the hair before cleaning the shaver.
05:44So, let's put this back, push it down.
05:46You have three bars here, one for full, medium, and low fill.
05:50So, if you're running out low, it will tell you right here.
05:52And here you have four lights.
05:56First one tells you your shaver is clean.
05:58Second one is a little dirty.
05:59Third one is more dirty.
06:02Fourth one is you need to clean it.
06:04It's super dirty.
06:05So, if I put this in right now, the hygiene was in the middle.
06:07So, it says that if I put it in, it says that it's a little dirty.
06:12So, I can use it one more time and then clean it.
06:15See, it's charging automatically.
06:16You only put it there.
06:18And, like I said, it's worth, the cleaning station is much better than the Panasonic one I had.
06:23This cleaning station, I mean, does a really good job.
06:26And it will feel like you're using a new shaver every time.
06:29And, yeah, being said that, I really think this is a really good shaver.
06:35And you should get this before trying, you know, try this before getting anything else.
