Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal says Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has challenged the authority of government of India. "We want this to be squashed and it can only be passed in the Parliament. Government could take presidential reference on the Haryana SGPC."
