In an attempt to salvage their 25-year-old alliance in Maharashtra for the upcoming Assembly polls, BJP President Amit Shah called Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray and urged him not to break the alliance. Shah also told Thackeray to reconsider his final offer of 119 seats to the BJP. Sources are telling TIMES NOW that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit shah are not in favour of breaking the alliance with the Shiv Sena.
