【動新聞╱綜合報導】周姓男子(23歲)前年於網路認識一名15歲少女，以「洗澡」為由邀少女到汽車旅館發生性關係，事後周男因手機送修與少女失去聯絡，少女認為周男奪走她的第1次卻不負責任，怒告性侵；周男則稱，手機修好再找少女時，發現她已愛上別人，並非惡意離棄；台中地院認定少女只因周男失聯而提告，並未遭性侵，昨僅依與未滿16歲少女性交罪判周男6月徒刑。
