彰化地院法官陳德池日前審理一件當眾罵人「龜仔尬（台語，龜兒子）」公然侮辱案，認為「龜仔尬」雖有負面意義，但爆粗口不等於侵害人格權，充其量只是令對方「心裡不爽」，並非名譽受損，判決被告無罪。這項判決結果引起法界爭議，有民眾不滿地說：「以後難道也可以隨便罵法官『龜仔尬』嗎？」
