【黎百代╱桃園報導】桃園一名簡姓地主不滿受僱在鄰地整地的推土機司機剷倒自己土地上樹木，雙方爆口角，憤而拿起石頭朝司機頭部猛砸5、6下後離去，經人發現報警，司機送醫後重創不治。警方前晚逮捕地主，訊後依殺人罪嫌法辦。警員搖頭說：「吵架就打死人，太不值得！」
