【石永軒、李銘宏╱新北報導】天道盟份子劉芳成上月在街頭遭槍手狙殺，警方仍在追查槍手下落，前晚卻有名通緝犯、在律師陪同下，帶著生鏽的槍身投案，辯稱雙方因行車糾紛，才會氣憤地連開11槍狂轟對方，並聲稱作案槍枝已拆解分別丟往3處，警方昨兵分三路前往打撈未果，懷疑男子未說出詳情，且槍身老舊，疑非兇槍，將安排測謊，仍朝輔大花園夜市經營權糾紛釐清。
警方調查，遭狙殺的死者劉芳成（50歲）是天道盟天德會前副會長，上月7日深夜，劉男獨駕賓士，在新北新莊中山路與中環路口停車等紅燈時，突遭尾隨機車殺手，拖出車外行刑式狂轟11槍慘死街頭。
