英國《太陽報》前天報導，倫敦30歲男子史密斯（Leon Smith）早上半夢半醒之間，感覺到脖子後面癢癢的，以為是女友莫瑞（Sophie Merrell）想要做愛。當他轉身想要抱女友時，竟抱到一隻毛茸茸的狐狸，當時女友已經去上班。狐狸非常冷靜地望著他，他趕快拿起手機拍照，之後狐狸轉身離開房間，但仍在樓梯轉角處停留了10分鐘，最後史密斯才把牠趕出去。史密斯的女友得知有「狐狸精」上床後，一笑置之，推測狐狸應該是從家裡的貓門進入。兩人考慮搬家，避免再有不速之客拜
