Maulana Tariq Jameel, renowned Islamic Scholar of Pakistan visits Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) to deliver a lecture on “Islamic Economic” to all the prominent businessmen and members of FPCCI. FPCCI is the largest apex trade body of Pakistan that represents all the nationwide chambers of commerce and industry in Pakistan. The lecture was organized by the FPCCI Standing Committee of Islamic Banking and Takaful. The main sponsor of the event was Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited.
The President of FPCCI, Mr. Muhammad Adrees welcomed Maulana Tariq Jameel to the FPCCI Federation House and said he will continue to invite prominent Islamic Scholars for such sessions so all businessmen in Pakistan can adapt Halal business practices, especially in Islamic Banking and Takaful. The special session was attended by a large gathering and video conference link was also established at the FPCCI offices in Lahore and Islamabad.
Maulana Tariq Jameel appreciated the efforts of FPCCI for the cause of Islamic Economics and endorsed customers to shun interest based banking and contact Islamic Banks for Halal business and finance. Maulana Tariq Jameel after his lecture to DIBPL staff met Mr. Muhammad Adrees, FPCCI President and the office bearers and management of FPCCI. Mr. Adrees, thanked Maulana Tariq Jameel for visiting Federation House and delivering a highly motivation lecture to all the session audience.
