France is once again reeling from a terrorist attack, or so it seems. A 35-year-old man has been charged with terrorism for decapitating his boss and trying to ram a car full of explosives into a chemical plant. With an investigation now underway, France finds itself trying to define its enemy. Prime Minister Manuel Valls claims this is a "war of civilization", sounding like an American neoconservative to the ears of many of his fellow socialists.
