Stateless child's plight almost over, prompts calls for policy review

After almost 10 years of pursuing the matter, the plight of one half-Malaysian, half-Filipino child is now nearing its end now that she's been awarded an IC stating her nationality as "Malaysian" - after being described as stateless her whole life.
