Umno vice-president Hishammuddin Hussein says the theme used by PAS in the Kuala Besut by-election makes no sense.
PAS is pushing the 16:16 theme in its campaign, the ratio represents the number of seats PAS and BN will hold in the state assembly if the Islamic party wins in Kuala Besut.
