An unusual video has emerged of a man coping with travel chaos in Calais, France by doing Tai Chi in the middle of queues of traffic for the Eurotunnel.
The footage, shot on Tuesday, shows the man practicing the Chinese martial art outside his car.
"Being stuck in a queue for the #Eurostar really frustrates you, just get out of your car and let go of all that negative energy by doing some Tai Chi in the middle of one of the lanes. Worked for this chap", the filmer later wrote online.
Eurostar trains have been seriously delayed this week by the continuing migrant crisis in Calais.
