OMG, what a dreadful show! Joan Davis was the zany star of the 40's movies, but had been supplanted by Lucille Ball on the small screen thanks to I Love Lucy. No to be upstaged, David one upped her with I Married Joan and proceeded to chew the scenery for a time until viewers figured it out and changed the channel.
