Convoy attack offers UN envoy insight into residents' fears

The UN's human rights envoy to Burma has slammed the government for failing to protect him during a tour of riot-hit Meikhtila.

Tomas Quintana was touring the regions hit by religious violence in the country when his convoy came under attack.
