Its been a fortnight since the big incumbents and Mukesh Ambani owned Rel Jio have been at loggerheads over licence norms violation. According to sources, COAI is planning to write to the Finance Minister and the PMO citing loss of revenue to the government on account of Rel Jio's large scale beta network. Here's a report.
