အရင္ စစ္အစိုးရလက္ထက္ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးခ်ဳိးေဖာက္မႈေတြေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံအေပၚမွာ ႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ စီးပြားေရး ဒဏ္ခတ္ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈေတြကို မၾကာခင္မွာ ျပန္လည္ရုုတ္သိမ္းသြားဖို႔ အဆင္သင့္ျပင္ဆင္ထားၿပီလိုု႔ အေမရိကန္သမၼတ ဘားရတ္အိုုဘားမားက ေျပာၾကားလိုုက္ပါတယ္။
၀ါရွင္တန္ဒီစီကို တရား၀င္ခရီးစဥ္ေရာက္ရွိေနတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အတိုင္ပင္ခံ ပုဂၢဳိလ္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကို စက္တင္ဘာ ၁၄ရက္ မနက္ပိုင္းက အိမ္ျဖဴေတာ္မွာ လက္ခံေတြ႔ဆုံစဥ္ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာၾကားလိုုက္တာပါ။ ဒါ့အျပင္ အိုုဘားမားဟာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ မေတြ႔ဆုုံခင္ အခ်ိန္ပိုုင္းမွာပဲ ျမန္မာပို႔ကုန္ေတြအတြက္ အခြန္ကင္းလြတ္ခြင့္ အထူးအခြင့္အေရး GSP ေပးဖို႔ အေမရိကန္ကြန္ဂရက္ကို စာလႊာေပးပို႔ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ စီးပြားေရးပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ ရုုတ္သိမ္းျခင္းနဲ႔အတူ ကုန္သြယ္မႈ အထူးအခြင့္အေရး GSP ရရွိလာတာနဲ႔အမွ် အေမရိကန္ စီးပြားေရးလုုပ္ငန္းေတြ၊ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းေတြအေနနဲ႔ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံမွာ ရင္းႏွီးျမဳပ္ႏွံမႈေတြ ပိုုလုုပ္လာႏိုုင္ၿပီး အေမရိကန္ လူမ်ဳိးေတြအေနနဲ႔ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံကိုု သြားေရာက္လည္ပတ္ၾကည့္ၾကဖိုု႔ကိုုလည္း အိုုဘားမားက တိုုက္တြန္းပါတယ္
ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကလည္း "အခုုခ်ိန္ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံဟာ စီးပြားေရး ရင္းႏွီးျမဳပ္ႏွံ လုုပ္ကိုင္လိုုသူေတြ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ လက္ခံႏိုုင္တဲ့ အေနအထားကိုု ေရာက္ရွိလာေနတာမို႔ စီးပြားေရးပိတ္ဆိုု႔မႈေတြကိုု ပယ္ဖ်က္ေပးဖို႔ အခ်ိန္အခါသင့္ပါၿပီ၊ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံကိုု လာၾကည့္ဖိုု႔ ဖိတ္ေခၚပါတယ္၊ ဒီမွာ ရင္းႏွီးျမဳပ္ႏွံမႈလုုပ္လိုု႔ ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဖက္ ဘယ္လိုုအက်ဳိးရွိမလဲဆိုုတာ လာေရာက္ၾကည့္ရွဳႏိုုင္ပါတယ္"လိုု႔ ထည့္သြင္းေျပာဆိုုပါတယ္။
