Mon Bridge (Saphan Mon), it's about 900 meters long, the world's second longest and the Thailand's longest wooden bridge.
The bridge is over Songkalia River and called " Uttamanuson Bridge" as well. It's a symbol of Sangkhlaburi district and works for people who live in Sangkhlaburi and Mon villagers. Cars are not accepted (bicycles are okay).You can enjoy walking with a beautiful sunrise, sunset and the relaxing atmosphere.
#WoodenMonBridge 是一座长约900米的木桥，被认为是泰国最长的木桥，也是长度仅次于缅甸的乌本木桥的世界第二长木桥，是北碧府 #sangkhlaburi 县的象征。梦桥由北碧府高僧主持建造，联合虔诚追随高僧的村民们的力量，用大坝河口处未倒的死树做桥体。梦桥自1985年开始修建，1987年竣工，最近一次修缮是2011年的第五次修缮。这里是成为了sangkhlaburi的地标，来到sangkhlaburi的人都要来到这里拍照，感受走在桥上往返两岸的生活。
