Super Mario Bros. 2 (The Lost Levels) was released only in Japan even for the GBA. I beat it without warp zones, thus I got World 9 as a bonus. Also I found a cheat to get the access for the worlds A-C (I'm not going to play this game eight times!!!)
00:23 Worlds 1-8
36:46 Bonus World 9
40:37 Worlds A-C
