A refreshing depiction of youth with an unusual off beat and comedic dark sensibility, Belgium director Bouli Lanner's film THE GIANTS presents a childhood world full of adventure and mischief that echoes the literary world of Tom Sawyer.
After being virtually abandoned by their parents, two brothers and their friend are left to their own devices in the family home amongst the lusciously shot countryside of forests and lakes.
