New Delhi marks International Condom Day with costumes decorated with condoms, volunteers dressed as condoms and lots of free condoms. The event is organised by AIDS Healthcare Foundation to raise awareness about sexually transmitted diseases (STD) like HIV and prevent unwanted pregnancies.
