The creams created by La Crema Matta - The excellence of the ice cream are entirely natural and are born from the careful search of the highest quality products, such as DOP hazelnuts in Piedmont, Sicilian Pistachios IGP, fresh milk produced on the Lucca plain.
They do not contain substances potentially harmful to health such as hydrogenated fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, palm oil or fractionated coconut.
The thickener used, of natural origin, is not chemically treated. The result is an ice cream always good, light and easily digestible.
