In Sweden, all day long, one (or more) delicious Smörgås (to be pronounced smeurgosse) is prepared, in other words a sandwich filled with several fresh ingredients, accompanied by a large "filter" coffee or a mug of tea to warm up in the winter, or a fresh juice in the summer.
Their desire to select good quality items, with sustainable design in simple materials, and made in Europe, has resulted in working with about 100 suppliers - manufacturers. While French manufacturers represent a large third of these suppliers, many also come from Northern Europe: Sweden-Denmark-Finland-Norway is home to more than 25% of their suppliers. They had the desire that this "Scandinavian hue" be found in the Café area thanks to a daily Swedish meal.
