Tanjung Piai MP Datuk Dr Md Farid Md Rafik has passed away in Pontian Hospital in Johor due to a heart attack at around 6am on Saturday. He was 43.
Dr Md Farid was the Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Unity and Social Harmony.
