மத்திய அரசின் புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கையானது மாநில உரிமைகளை தரைமட்டமாக்கும் புதிய புல்டோசர் கொள்கை என ராஜ்யசபாவில் மதிமுக பொதுச்செயலாளர் வைகோ சாடினார்.
