Any South African wanting to travel to a high risk country for a holiday will not be stopped from doing so. But they will have to go into quarantine and test negative for COVID-19 when they return. Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula, detailed the country's new travel regulations following the reopening of most land, sea and air borders from yesterday.
