Former President Jacob Zuma says the law is soft on criminals. He was speaking during the virtual Umrabulo Roundtable hosted by the ANC Political School this weekend. Zuma believes South Africa's laws went from extremely oppressive during Apartheid, to being extremely cautious, to protecting the rights of the accused. And this, is why social cohesion is not possible in South Africa.
