Holiday cancellations have already started with people worried about being forced into sudden quarantine themselves. Ben Woodward, the Director of Sales and Marketing at the CaPTA Group and a board member for Port Douglas Tourism and the Australian Tourism Export Council, says the main challenge is restoring consumer confidence.
