Especialistas independentes de um painel estabelecido pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) afirmaram nesta quarta-feira que a pandemia de covid-19 poderia ter sido evitada.
Michel Kazatchkine, former director of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, is one of the eleven members of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response (IPPPR) which was set up to evaluate the response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
