On June 8th 1997, the Utah Jazz faced the Chicago Bulls in game 4 of the NBA Finals. The game remained close, but in the fourth quarter Stockton grabbed a defensive rebound and threw a full-court pass to Karl Malone for a layup with 44.5 seconds extending the Jazzs lead. The Jazz ended up beating the Bulls 78-73.
