At least 6 months for Malaysia's chip makers to fulfill demand, says association

Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association president Datuk Seri Wong Siew Hai says the country’s semiconductor chip shortage is not only due to the country's Covid-19 outbreak, but also compounded by natural disasters in other countries and the disruption at the Suez Canal earlier this year.
