After Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik alleged that the NCB’s raid on the Empress cruise ship off the Mumbai coast was “fake”, the agency’s Mumbai director, Sameer Wankhede, said that the entire procedure of raid and seizure of drugs from the rave party on board the ship was “within the ambit of law”.
