New bill introduced to Parliament that seeks to punish offenders who kill an unborn child

It's been debated in state Parliament before, but now there's a new versions of Zoe's law that's been introduced to the lower house. The government has brought on the bill to recognise the loss of an unborn child in a criminal act.
