Petrol and diesel cars in Kent and the rest of the UK could be banned by 2030

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to speed up the shift to electric cars which had initially been planned in 2040.
It's hoped this will help the environment and trigger a green economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.
