Fears lives are at risk as Kent's £90m smart motorway upgrades are completed

Driver's are being put in danger on our roads - that's according to campaigners who say they're appalled as Kent's new smart motorway opens today.
The £92m project's transformed the M20 but there are fears there aren't enough refuge areas - something critics say could cause serious crashes.
