Debendra Samarath - a Constable with the Excise department in Kodinga is setting an example of what it truly means to be a leader in times of distress. Debendra is a resident of Karchamala village in Kosagumuda block of Nabarangpur district. After finishing duty as a Constable in the day, every evening, Debendra is teaching kids of different classes and also those preparing for competitive exams, for free.
