Over 100 motorcycle operators were arraigned at the Milimani law court charged with riding a motor vehicle on or through a pavement, which is meant for pedestrians. This comes after Police IG Hillary Mutyambai announced a crackdown operation against Boda Boda riders to ensure sanity in the sector.
