Too afraid to get out of bed in the morning - that's how the a-c-t's nursing and midwifery federation describes the state of staff at the dhulwa mental health unit.

The union is pleading for better protections for workers at the a-c-t government facility - after two separate assaults at the unit last week. Canberra’s dhulwa mental health unit is currently caring for 16 people.
