00:15 I was just interrupted doing my live because we were advised to take shelter because there
00:20 may be incoming shelling in this area. This morning we've heard quite a bit of outcoming
00:25 shelling and just a couple of what seemed to be incoming rockets. But as I was saying,
00:31 the boats that have been rescuing people in the flood hit areas of Kherson city have now
00:37 started also bringing some people over from the other side, the Russian held side of the
00:43 river. Actually, two thirds of the flood affected area is on the Russian held side of the Dnieper
00:51 river and people who came from there said that there was quite a lot of shelling on
00:56 that side, that they had been evacuated under shelling. So it seems there's a bit of an
01:01 artillery duel hotting up this morning and disturbing what was up until not long ago
01:07 quite a peaceful scene of a lot of animals being rescued, a huge amount of people coming
01:12 wanting to help. People had come from far away, different parts of Ukraine in order
01:17 to come and rescue people and animals from the flooding. And a little earlier, the Ukrainian
01:23 President Volodymyr Zelensky was in town supervising the rescue efforts and also talking about
01:30 the need to calculate the cost of all this in terms of people's losses to their properties,
01:35 businesses and so on, with a view eventually to asking the Russians to pay compensation
01:40 for it. That's Gulliver Craig reporting for us there. And according to Gulliver, based
01:46 on information from local sources, at least one of the rockets he was talking about there
01:51 has hit a school in Kherson that was serving as a centre for evacuees today. Now casualties
01:58 are being reported. Again, this is according to the Ukrainian authorities, but the numbers
02:03 for the moment are not yet clear.
