00:13 Shelby Alejandra. Good morning. Jermaine Cannon set to be executed at
00:19 10 o'clock this morning after he was convicted in 1995 of stabbing and
00:24 killing Sharonda Clark. Last month, the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board voted
00:28 3 to 2 not to grant him clemency. Cannon's legal team argued he was not
00:34 given a fair trial before his conviction in 1995 and that he was
00:37 acting in self defense. But the attorney general's office disagreed.
00:42 Clark's daughter saying she feels relief.
