00:00 Very difficult to answer because there are so many things which goes into it.
00:04 And as Mr. Katkar said, I think all the credit goes to our team members.
00:10 Our team members have been very alert.
00:13 They get feedback from the market and they are continuously trying to come up with new
00:20 products which are sustainable and that's how we could get into these boards where we
00:26 are using cement fly ash, fly ash which is a disposable product and then some little
00:33 bit of wood pulp.
00:35 So when we started off we never thought we would grow so big.
00:40 But within two, three years we become number one in the country now and it's a very fast
00:48 moving product, the boards which we are currently manufacturing.
00:53 Then my son actually taken over, he is actually, actually you should have called him here today.
00:59 I'm not the right person.
01:01 He's the guy who actually started the atom roofing where solar cells can be put and you
01:07 generate electricity along with the roof.
01:11 That is an innovative product he started and it's doing really well.
01:16 Most of our plants are able to, there's a payback period of three and a half to four
01:20 years in that product.
01:22 And now recently he also started the electric bike which is he's selling in under the brand
01:28 name of Atom.
01:30 So I think my son has been able to form a good team and we used to get fly ash free
01:38 but now all fly ash, I mean all electric companies they are selling fly ash at a premium because
01:47 so much of consumption of fly ash is taking place.
01:49 This is one place I just want to, because this is a media summit, I thought it is relevant
01:55 to talk something about our media house.
01:57 We have a media house, V6 News is our channel and we have a newspaper, Velugu, and in this
02:07 as I was telling you, same principle we used what we used in our building products of credibility
02:12 and ensuring that we don't bend to pressure and all.
02:17 So we have been able to become a strong media house in Telangana.
02:21 We are number one channel in Telangana and we have a lot of pressure and now with the
02:26 social and digital media coming, media houses are in real trouble.
02:32 And as you said AI is going to transform this industry, both in the media and in the digital
02:40 segment.
02:41 AI is going to play a major role because people can create images, people can create speeches
02:47 of your competitors, they can malign you, they can… there are so many challenges that
02:55 are going to come in the media business.
02:56 I hope Shankar is listening, Shankar and Bharat, because it's going to be a challenge for
03:00 everybody.
03:01 With the social media coming in, the TV and the newspaper business is taking a hit, but
03:09 you know that is the way the future is going to be.
03:11 And with the AI coming in, I think getting credible information to the viewers is the
03:20 most important thing and getting correct factual information.
03:24 Because in the social media, anybody gets a thought in the night, they are able to come
03:29 up with some story in some YouTube channel and then they spread it in the digital media
03:36 and that becomes the news.
03:38 Unfortunately the current generation also is like that.
03:42 They all want to see hot news every day, every hour they would like to see what are the…
03:47 what is the hot happening in the market.
03:50 So I think there'll be big changes in the media market, media business and coping up
03:57 with these changes is going to be a challenge because number of good people available in
04:02 this segment are also very, very low and how they are going to satisfy the new generation
04:09 will be a big challenge for the media owners and I think we have to learn as we go forward
04:18 to see, to maintain because ultimately I always felt when I started my business, I'm actually
04:25 a doctor of medicine but got into business.
04:27 So for me the simple things of discipline, creating a good quality product, having credibility,
04:36 these are the things again ultimately in any business you do, there again you'll need
04:41 to fall back on these simple guidelines.
04:44 So I'm sure the media business also will mature over a period of time where people
04:48 will start believing true facts and not what's coming on the social media because I have
04:56 to just give my personal experience.
05:00 I'm currently in the BJP party.
05:02 In the last fifteen days, the social media, one social… same social media, some platform,
05:09 they said I'm joining Congress.
05:12 After three days, the same media house said he's joining TRS.
05:19 Then another media said, "No, no, he's getting some post in BJP."
05:22 So the credibility of the platform is getting threatened.
05:28 So I think some maturity needs to come, some regulations need to come in this media business
05:36 and as the Governor was telling today morning, please try to project this also in a proper
05:43 way because unfortunately when she was speaking, I was only thinking unfortunately the viewers
05:48 are becoming like that.
05:50 They want to see the negative part of it.
05:53 They want to see a different aspect altogether.
05:57 They don't want to see simple things and simple facts.
06:01 So I think the media house needs to find a way out on balancing what the viewer needs
06:10 because if there's no viewership, then the channel doesn't work, no ads come.
06:15 So they have to keep a balance between facts, good news and bad news and still keep going
06:22 forward because people need lot of information and as you know the internet has really revolutionized
06:28 the knowledge and information.
06:30 You can get anything on the internet now and it's I think a big boon to most of us to
06:37 be more knowledgeable and well informed.
06:40 Thank you.
06:41 I had couple of more questions but I know Shankar is showing his hand.
06:47 I just want to ask one short question if each of you and you can go in any order since we
06:54 are here in…
