00:15 the astrology, the tarot, the crystals are all extensions and expressions of the Most
00:22 High that really bring out our magic and our magic has been suppressed. And I feel like

00:37 homework to folks. We have to watch Birth of a Nation. I think that we have to,
00:42 as people of color, recognize how religion, how Christianity has been manipulated to suppress
00:51 our magic. So not saying that I don't identify with Christianity. I'm not saying obviously that
00:59 I don't believe in God, but I do feel that we have been truly manipulated. And through these
01:05 modalities, I've gotten closer to Spirit. I've gotten closer to my Spirit, my essence, you know,
01:13 and the essence of God. So I want us to be open minded. I want us as people of color to recognize
01:22 that we have a plethora of modalities that we can rely on, that can support our journeys.
01:30 And I speak about God so much because I know that there is apprehension. And I know that there is
01:38 resistance. But when we hear that sweet name, okay, something about that name. I know you didn't
01:47 ask for all that. Okay, but I feel like it just arms folks. And they're a little bit more receptive.
