00:20 In Malaysia, ginger-coloured cats are often referred to as Oyen,
00:25 which is believed to have come from the word orange.
00:29 And one Oyen in particular has been winning the hearts of visitors to Zoonegara
00:35 by making himself at home among a herd of capybaras,
00:39 the biggest species of rodent in the world.
00:42 Zoonegara Deputy President, Rosli, also known as Rahmat Ahmad Lana,
00:48 says Oyen first appeared at the zoo three years ago
00:51 and is believed to have been among the cats sadly abandoned there during the pandemic.

01:25 Rosli describes Oyen as the star of Zoonegara and says 90% of visitors flock to see him.
01:32 But he might or might not be there because, like your typical cat,
01:37 Oyen comes and goes as he pleases.
01:41 Thankfully, during FMT Lifestyle's visit, he could be seen enjoying some kibble
01:47 while his capybara family chow down on vegetables.
01:51 And after his meal, he settled in for a leisurely nap.
01:55 It's a cat's life indeed.
01:58 Rosli adds that Oyen has grown accustomed to the curious and captivated crowds
02:03 around the capybara enclosure.

02:13 From a stray to a star, it is certainly heartwarming to see
02:18 that Oyen has found a perfectly happy ending,
02:21 even if it is among large rodents.
