00:00 One day World Cup 2023 will be played in India.
00:02 Less than two months have been left for this tournament to start.
00:06 And the Indian team is continuously experimenting and trying to find its best combination.
00:11 Meanwhile, star singer Ravi Chandran Ashwin has said that he will include Tilak Verma in the Indian squad for 20 years.
00:19 Ashwin's statement came a while before the World Cup, which is why everyone is surprised.
00:23 Ashwin believes that Tilak has the talent of Rohit and in this way the Indian team can get its benefit.
00:29 Actually, Ravi Chandran Ashwin has been greatly influenced by Tilak Verma's performance.
00:33 Ashwin believes that Tilak is a player who can bring balance to the Indian team.
00:38 According to Ashwin, if Tilak Verma is included in the Indian World Cup squad, he will also be able to play the role of an off-spinner.
00:46 Along with this, he will also reduce the lack of left-handed batsmen in the team.
00:51 Ashwin uploaded a video on his YouTube channel in which he praised the young player a lot.
00:56 He said that Tilak Verma has attracted everyone's attention.
01:00 His batting style is completely different from any Indian player who has debuted in international cricket.
01:05 His game is very similar to Rohit Sharma.
01:08 He plays pull shots that Indian players often don't seem to play like this.
01:13 Tilak's pull shot looks like a very natural shot.
01:16 He said that Tilak Verma is a left-handed player and the team India lacks left-handed batsmen.
01:23 Ravindra Jadeja is the only left-handed batsman in the top 7.
01:28 Whereas, all the other teams have off-spinners.
01:31 Australia has Ash Treygar, England has Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid.
01:36 Most of the teams do not have a finger spinner to disturb the left-handed batter.
01:42 In this case, it is important to fill Tilak.
01:44 It will be a hasty statement to say something now, but will the selectors see Tilak as an option?
01:50 He has definitely attracted everyone's attention with his batting style.
01:53 Can Tilak Verma be included in the Indian World Cup squad?
