00:34 There was first the euphoria, that of a first victory in the World Cup for the Spanish team in the World Cup after a complicated final against England.
00:50 The Spanish players could count on their captain courage, Olga Carmona, who delivered a whole country by scoring the only goal of the game.
00:58 The teammate of Alexia Putella, a true star of the Iberian national team, is only 23 years old and yet, she plays a fundamental role in the game of her team and so is she who had the honor of lifting the trophy at the end of the match.
01:19 An intense joy for Olga Carmona, but the breath is unfortunately quickly gone for the young woman since she learned a terrible news, only a few minutes after her victory.
01:29 Indeed, the footballer lost her father a few hours before the final, but the news was only learned to her once the match was played.
01:43 A situation necessarily very complicated to live for the young woman, who certainly went from an immense joy to an infinite sadness.
01:51 We address our most sincere condolences to Olga and her family in this moment of deep pain.

02:11 On her side, Olga Carmona also insisted on reacting on her social networks and visibly, despite the pain, she manages to keep the positive in this story.
02:21 And without knowing it, I already had my star before the match even started.

02:37 I know you looked at me tonight and you are proud of me, "she wrote in a message full of emotion, before concluding, "Rest in peace Papa".
02:47 Strong words from Olga Carmona, who will certainly go quickly to her family.
